At The Core Club, we want you to love your purchase! Please review our refund and return policy below before placing your order.

🧦 Socks

• Due to hygienic reasons, all sock sales are final.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on socks.

👕 Merchandise (Apparel & Accessories)

• Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Merchandise purchased during large sales (I.e. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Memorial Day) are final sale and nonrefundable.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags attached (if applicable)

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@thecoreclubstudios.com. We’ll make it right.

❌ Final Sale Items

• All socks are final sale.

• Any items purchased during clearance or “final sale” promotions are not eligible for return or refund.
